How to make a warranty claim:
Email me at robert@katycustomtrucksolutions.com with your order number and laptop issue.
You will receive a UPS shipping label to send your laptop in.
Drop your package off at any UPS store
Once received, your laptop will be inspected, laptop will be serviced or replaced. (Repair/Replacement process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the issue availability of units).
Your laptop will be mailed back to you.
